1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity Within The Meaning And Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law For Agencja Rozwoju Nysy Sp. Z O. O. Up To 23 Consumption Points (Ppe) Of The Ordering Party In The Period From January 1, 2026. Until September 30, 2026.2. The Total Estimated Demand For Electricity For All Ppe Covered By The Order For The Entire Period Of Its Implementation Is Approximately 589,305.75 Kwh (589.30575 Mwh).3. This Estimate Is Indicative Only And Does Not Constitute A Commitment To Purchase The Energy In The Specified Amount. The Final Amount Of Energy Purchased Will Depend On Actual Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In The Event Of Even Significantly Lower Or Higher Energy Consumption During The Contractual Period. 4.
