Expression of Interest for Audit of IT Infrastructure, Trading Platform Valuation/Impairment Testing, And Fixed Asset Valuation & Tagging Audit of IT Infrastructure, Trading Platform Valuation/Impairment Testing, and Fixed Asset Valuation & Tagging 1. IT Infrastructure Audit Conduct a thorough review of EAXs IT systems, architecture, and controls. Assess the robustness, scalability, and security of the infrastructure. Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. 2. Trading Platform Valuation and/or Impairment Testing Perform a valuation of EAXs proprietary trading platform, including its software components, integrations, and operational relevance. Assess for potential impairment in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IAS 36). Provide a clear methodology and justification for valuation or impairment conclusions. 3. Fixed Asset Valuation and Tagging Conduct a full valuation of EAXs fixed assets, including but not limited to office equipment, IT hardware, and other tangible assets. Physically verify and tag all assets with appropriate identification markers. Reconcile asset records with financial statements and provide recommendations for asset management improvements. 4. Proposed Submission Requirements A formal Expression of Interest letter. Company profile and relevant experience of 3 years in similar assignments to be proven by 2 good completion certificates Proposed methodology and timeline. Key personnel and qualifications. (Having personnels with bachelors in accounting, ICT Certified valuers registered with Institute of Real Property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV) Valid registration certificate from RDB 5.
