The Tender Concerns The Purchase And Delivery Of A Cashless Payment Solution For Schools And Clubs In Roskilde Municipality. Pupils In Roskilde Municipalitys Primary Schools/The Schools And Clubs Included In Annex 7 Must Be Able To Buy Goods In The Schools Canteen Using A Cashless Payment Solution. The Solution Must Be Usable By All Students From Grades 0-9. Grade And Must Be Easy To Use For All Students In This Age Range. In The Same Way As When Buying In The School Canteen, Children Enrolled In Roskilde Municipalitys Clubs Must Be Able To Buy Food And Materials In The Club Using The Cashless Payment Solution. The Payment Solution Must Consist Of An Object That Can Be Used For Payment (Payment Card/Device, Barcode Or Similar) In Roskilde Municipalitys Primary Schools And Clubs. The Solution Cannot Only Be Linked To A Mobile Phone/Smartphone, As Roskilde Municipality Does Not Expect All Pupils To Have A Mobile Phone, And Furthermore There Are Mobile Policies In The Municipalitys Primary Schools With A View To Limiting The Use Of Mobile Phones During School Hours. The Students In Roskilde Municipalitys Elementary Schools And Clubs Have Until Now Had A Plastic Card As A Payment Device, But The Ordering Party Is Open To The Possibility That The Payment Solution May Be Different. The Physical Payment Device Must Be Supplemented By A Web-Based Self-Service Solution/Portal That Guardians (Hereafter Parents) Use To Pay Money Into The Physical Payment Device That Is Made Available To The Students.
