Tenders Are Invited For Fig- Waste Management Facility – External Envelope Design & Supply Package

This Project Covers The Design Development And Supply Of Materials For The External Envelope Of The New Falkland Islands Government Waste Management Facility (Wmf) In Stanley.The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Developing The Ramboll Riba Stage 4 Design Intent Through The Detailed Contractor’S Design , Preparing Shop Drawings, Product Data, And Calculations For Approval, And Procuring, Packaging, Labelling, And Delivering All Materials To The Nominated Uk Consolidation Depot For Onward Shipping To The Falkland Islands.Scope Includes Roof And Wall Cladding Systems, Insulation, Vapour Control Layers, Flashings, Louvres, Rooflights, Windows, Personnel Doors, Roller Shutters, Any Additional Secondary Steelwork, And Fire-Stopping Components.The Package Excludes On-Site Erection Or Installation Works, Which Will Be Undertaken Under A Separate Erect & Install Contract.The Aim Is To Achieve Full Design Sign-Off, Manufacture, And Supply Of A Complete, Coordinated External Envelope System Ready For Shipment By Early 2026.
