The Procurement Is A Service Procurement That Exceeds The National Threshold In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Procurement Is Carried Out As An Open Procedure. This Request For Tender Concerns The Collection And Transport Service Of Kymenlaakson Jäte Oys Waste Textile Network And The Waste Textile Sorting Work. The Provider Undertakes To Be Responsible For Picking Up The Removal Textile Material From The Customers Collection Points And To Transport The Material To The Designated Destinations For Sorting In Accordance With The Customers Instructions. The Provider Is Responsible For All Phases Of The Sorting Work Of The Removed Textile And Packs The Sorted Textile. Salable Textiles The Provider Can Use Independently. The Customer Reserves The Right To Make Changes In The Pick-Up Rhythm And The Composition Of The Collection Point Network. The Procurement Has Been Divided Into Two Regional Subcontractors. There Is No Limit To The Maximum Number Of Sub-Areas Offered. Partial Offers Within The Sub-Area Are Not Allowed. Part 1. Southern Contract Area: Kotka, Pyhtää, Hamina, Virolahti And Miehikkälä Part 2. Northern Contract Area: Kouvola, Iitti, Lapinjärvi, Pertunmaa And Mäntyharju The Tenderer Gives A Description Of The Reporting To The Customer In His Offer. The Report Must Itemize: Discarded Textiles For Reuse, Textiles Sorted According To The Sorting Instructions, And Textiles Ending Up In Incineration. The Weight Unit Is One (1) Kg. The Reporting Frequency Is Quarterly. The Contract Period For The Service Is Two (2) Years, Starting On January 1, 2026 And Ending Without Separate Termination On December 31, 2027. The Subscribers Option Years Are 2028 And 2029. The Matters Presented In The Draft Contract Are The Minimum Requirements Included In The Assignment, According To Which The Service Provider, By Making An Offer, Undertakes To Carry Out The Assignment. The Selected Service Provider Is Obliged To Accept The Content Of The Draft Contract As It Is, After Which Essential Changes To The Contract Are Not Possible.
