It Is Possible To Continue The Procurement With The Option Year 1 January To 31 December 2028. Laukaan Municipalitys Subsidiary Laukaan Teknisset Tukipalvelut Oy Uses Future Contractual Partners In Its Procurement Of Spare Parts. In Mini Tenders, Playground Equipment And/Or Park Furniture Can Be Tendered On A Case-By-Case Basis, Also Installed. In Connection With Mini Tenders, The Design Of Playground Equipment/Playgrounds Must Be Included In The Total Price. Bid Prices Must Include All Costs Included In Manufacturing And Delivery. Procurements Are Made For Renovations And New Construction Of Park Playgrounds, Schools And Kindergartens. Prices Are Requested For The Most Commonly Used Play Equipment And Park Furniture Presented In The Request For Tenders, And For Other Play Equipment Outside The List, A Percentage Discount Is Requested From The List Prices. Larger Purchases Of Play Equipment Are Held In Mini-Competitions Among Contractual Partners In The Framework Arrangement. The Tenderer Must Meet The Suitability Requirements Required In The Request For Tenders Regarding His Company And The Playground Equipment And Park Furniture To Be Offered. The Competition Is Implemented As A Framework Arrangement. 3 Bidders Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement Based On The Selection Criteria Stated In The Request For Tenders. The Customer Is Not Bound By The Quantities To Be Ordered. Procurements Are Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Allocated Funds. In The Procurement, The Law On Public Procurements And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016 Is Followed As Procurement Of Goods Exceeding The National Threshold Value. The Finnish Language Is Used In All Transactions Related To The Procurement.
