The Project Includes Changing The Locking Systems Of The City Theater Building In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Objects Current Locking System Will Be Replaced With The Iloq S5 System. The Project Will Be Implemented According To The Plans Given By The Customer As A Total Contract, Where The Main Contractor Is In A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Customer. The Main Contractor Is Responsible For The Management Duties Of The Construction Site. Renovation Must Be Done During Operation, Taking Into Account The Buildings Continuous Use. The Premises Of The Building Are In Operation Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Premises Have Theater Practice Activities And Office Spaces, Which Must Be Taken Into Account In The Construction Work. Activities On Stages And In Backrooms Must Be Taken Into Account In Work Planning And Scheduling, And The Disruption Caused By It Must Be Minimized.
