The Client Consists Of 16 Participants (12 Municipalities, North Sea Port, Beveland Wonen, Scheldestromen Water Board And The Province Of Zeeland) And They Tender This Jointly, But Each Enter Into An Individual Contract With The Winning Tenderer. The Client Wants A Contract For Four (4) Years Without Extension. The Contract Is Divided Into Three (3) Lots.
