The Scope Of The Assignment Specifically Includes The Following Components: • Delivery Of Tractors In Accordance With The Requirements Stated In Appendix 7.1 And 7.2: Schedule Of Requirements • Execution Of Service Maintenance In Accordance With Factory Guidelines And Service Advice • Execution Of Breakdown Maintenance N.V. Sro Assumes An Estimated Total Order Value (Including Option Years/Options) Of €950,000 (Excluding Vat). This Is Only An Indication From Which No Rights Can Be Derived. It Is Expected That The Demanded Quantity Of Tractors, Including The Associated Maintenance, May Fluctuate In The Coming Years. The Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated At €1,425,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Contract Period.
