Prior Information Notice For State Concession For The Operation Of The Bar-Restaurant Service Of The Old Stables Of Palau Falguera De Sant Feliu De Llobregat.Granting, In A Competitive Regime, Of The State Concession For The Operation Of The Bar-Restaurant Service Located Inside The Palau Falguera Building, Located At Carrer Falguera 2-6 In Sant Feliu De Llobregat. The Concession Will Authorize Its Holder To Exploit The Facilities Destining Them For Bar-Restaurant Activity, In Compliance With The Regulations Applicable To This Activity And Especially With The Provisions Of The Law 11/2009, Of July 6, On Administrative Regulation Of Public Shows And Recreational Activities And Decree 12/2010, Of August 31, Which Approves The Regulation Of Public Shows And Recreational Activities And To Have Valid At All Times The Licenses And Administrative Authorizations Necessary For Their Exercise.
