Technical Computer Support Services – Providing Technical Support Services For The Commvault Data Platform Software. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Technical Support Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Support), At The Casp Extendend Level, For All Software Used By The Ordering Party, Which Is Part Of The Commvault Data Platform Central Backup And Data Archiving System Environment, Assigned In The Commvault Technical Support System To The Ordering Party - Commcells Fcdd0 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Software) By The Contractor And The Software Manufacturer Or Its Authorized Service Partner, In Accordance With The Provisions Specified And On The Terms Set Out In The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Agreement). The Purpose Of The Service Is To Ensure Correct And Uninterrupted (Stable) Operation Of The Software, Whereby: 1) For The Software Referred To In Annex No. 2, Point 1, Support Will Be Provided For A Period Of 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Maintaining The Continuity Of The Technical Support Service; 2) For The Software Referred To In Annex No. 2, Points 2-7, Support Will Be Provided For A Period Of 14 Months From June 6, 2026. The Contractor Will Provide Support To The Extent Specified By The Software Manufacturer, Published On The Manufacturers Website Https://Support.Commvault.Com/Support/Options# Casp At The Casp Extendend Level, And In Accordance With Provisions Of This Agreement And On The Terms Set Out In The Agreement. 2. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ipu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
