Descriptionthe Procurement Applies To Bergen Municipality V/Etat For Boligforvaltning (Ebf), And Includes A Framework Agreement For Summer And Winter Operation Outside For Properties Managed By Ebf. The Procurement Consists Of Plowing And Spreading, Lawn Mowing, As Well As Commissioned Work. The Assignment Consists Of A Fixed Part For Winter Maintenance And A Fixed Part For Summer Maintenance. The Order Part Will Be Mainly Gardening Work. Gardening Work Will Include Weeding, Planting, Pruning, Mowing, Assistance In Designing The Outdoor Area. Quantities, Locations And Frequencies Can Be Adjusted Based On The Clients Needs Throughout The Contract Period. The Client Has Organized His Portfolio For Approx. 700 Objects Which Again Collectively Consist Of Approx. 1750+ Street Addresses With A Total Of Approx. 5,650+ Rental Units.
