Description The Client (Seller) Intends To Enter Into One Framework Agreement With One Supplier (Buyer) For The Transport, Reception And Processing Of Complex Iron, Which Also Includes Discarded Containers And Light Alloy Rims. Complex Iron Consists Of Iron, Metals And Smaller Amounts Of Other Waste That Naturally Belong To The Products. The Fraction Is Delivered To The Recycling Station By Households In Trondheim Municipality. The Client Has No Sorting Analysis To Show On The Fraction. The Fraction Must Be Collected From The Clients Recycling Station, Heggstadmoen 65, 7080 Heimdal. The Supplier Must Keep Transport Containers And The Fraction Weighed At The Recipient. Reloading At The Clients Addresses Is Not Possible As Of Today. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 4 Years With A Mutual Option To Extend The Framework Agreement By + 2 Years. The Procurement Is Outside The Scope Of The Procurement Regulations With A Positive Value And The Duration Of The Agreement Is Set On The Basis Of Predictability For Both The Client And The Supplier Against Possible Investments And Then Particularly Related To Climate And Environmental Considerations. The Value Of The Contract Is Directly Affected By The Celsa Basis Class.1. A Rough Average Base Index Of Nok 2,000 Per Tonne And An Estimated 1,300 Tonnes Of Complex Iron Per Year Gives An Income Basis Of Approx. 2.6 Mnok Per Year Plus Any Surcharge. Total Income Over 6 Years Including Options Will, According To The Estimated Average Base Index, Amount To Approx. 15 - 18 Mnok For The Client (Seller). Amounts Received At The Recycling Station Are Affected By External Factors, The Client Sets A Maximum Of 25% Increase On The Estimated Amount For The Entire Agreement Period Including Options.
