The Subject Of The Public Contract – Concession For Services Awarded In This Small-Scale Concession Procedure Is The Selection Of A Water Management Infrastructure Operator For The Area Of Drinking Water Supply And Waste Water Removal, With Whom A Contract Will Be Concluded For The Operation Of A Water Supply And Sewage System For Public Use Owned By The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Concession Contract”) In The Sense Of Section 8, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., Of The Act On Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Vak Act). The Operator Ensures The Operation Of The Water Management Infrastructure In The Sense Of § 2 Paragraph 3 Of The Act On Vak. The Contracting Partys Consideration For The Services Provided Consists In Taking The Benefits Resulting From The Provision Of Services, Specifically In The Right Of The Selected Supplier As Operator To Collect Water And Sewage From Customers Connected To The Operated Water Management Infrastructure. As An Operator, The Selected Supplier Bears The Operational Risk Associated With The Selection Of Water And Sewage. The Project Is Related To The Implementation Of Projects Co-Financed From The Operational Program Environment 2014 - 2020, Reconstruction Of The Jíloviště Wwtp, Project Registration Number Cz.05.1.30/0.0/0.0/16_042/0004660.
