The Buildings Are Part Of The Gayer Barracks Area In The Property Of The Statutory City Of Hradec Králové In The Territory Of The Municipal Monument Zone Of Hradec Králové And At The Same Time On The Territory Of The Protection Zone Of The Hradec Králové Municipal Monument Reserve. The Objects Kavalír A And Kavalír B Are An Immovable Cultural Monument. Part Of The Work Are Control Measurements Of The Buildings Dehumidification Efficiency, Taking Place For 1.5 Years From The First Measurement. The First Measurement Will Be Carried Out No Later Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery And Acceptance Of The Completed Work And Will Be Sent To The Customer By Email Within A Week Of The Measurement. When Handing Over The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Hand Over To The Customer The Results Of The Masonry Moisture Measurement, Carried Out After The Completion Of The Work.
