The Buildings Are Part Of The Gayer Barracks Area In The Property Of The Statutory City Of Hradec Králové In The Territory Of The Municipal Monument Zone Of Hradec Králové And At The Same Time On The Territory Of The Protection Zone Of The Hradec Králové Municipal Monument Reserve. The Objects Kavalír A And Kavalír B Are An Immovable Cultural Monument.
