The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With Three Participants For The Repair And Modification Of Pedestrian Areas Of Public Spaces In Roztoky Near Prague. Above All, It Will Be Areas Of Paved Sidewalks, But Also Park Areas With A Surface Treatment Of Cement Mortar Or Grassy Gravel, Grass Panels, Etc. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2029). It Will Be A Framework Agreement With The Renewal Of The Competition, When Contractors - Participants In The Agreement - Will Be Invited For Each Event To Submit A Price Offer By Filling In A Blind Budget And The Submitter Of The Most Favorable Offer Will Be Invited To Implement. Additional Criteria Can Be E.G. Delivery Time Or Warranty Conditions. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Participants In The Proceedings Who, According To The Selection Criteria Specified In Article No. 15, Are Placed In The First Three Places. If It Is Not Possible To Select The Three Most Suitable Participants Within This Procedure, The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With All Participants Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. The Maximum Aggregate Value Of Orders Placed Under The Framework Agreement Is Czk 8,900,000 Excluding Vat For The Entire Period Of Its Validity. The Financial Volume Of Orders In Individual Years Will Be Determined Within The Budget For The Given Year. The Year-To-Year Distribution Of Partial Orders (Especially Their Financial Volume) Is Assumed To Be More Or Less Even.
