The Purchase Of 7 Electric Frames For The Metropolitan Transport Of Passengers And The Purchase Of The Maintenance And Repair Services Necessary For The Operation Of The Respective Trains Related To The Cluj Metropolitan Train Investment Objective. A) Products: 1) 7 Electric Frames For Metropolitan Passenger Transport, According To The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Cs); 2) Other Equipment And Accessories, According To The Requirements Specified In The Cs. B) Services: 1) Maintenance And Repairs For A Period Of 15 Years And The Possibility Of Supplementing The Maintenance And Repairs Period With Another 15 Years (Total Maintenance = 15 Years + 15 Years). The Services Are Necessary For The Operation Of The Respective Electric Frames, According To The Requirements Specified In The Cs; 2) Staff Training Regarding Operation, Servicing Of Electric Frames And Related Software Applications; 3) Transport, Insurance, Operation And Technical Assistance During The Warranty Period. Considering The Provisions Of Art. 221, Para. (1), Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, Updated, Regarding Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Of Art. 72, Paragraph (1), Letter (A) Of Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Conclusions Of The Feasibility Study, A Review Clause Will Be Provided In The Purchase Contract, The Possibility Of Supplementing The Maintenance Period With Another 15 Years (15 Years +15 Years) According To The Cs Requirements. Supplementing The Purchased Quantities Can Be Done Without The Organization Of A Competitive Procedure, By Concluding Additional Documents To The Purchase Contract. Clarifications Regarding The Award Documentation Will Be Able To Be Sent By The Interested Economic Operators No Later Than 21 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
