The Collective Welfare Contract Ensures Each Member The Payment Of Benefits, According To The Guarantee Formula Chosen At The Time Of Subscription To The Contract, Within The Framework Of The Participation Agreement Under Which It Is Concluded. The Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 6 Years In Accordance With Article 19 Of Decree N°2011-1474 Of November 8, 2011. The Guarantees Must Take Effect On January 1, 2026 At Midnight. The Term Of The Participation Agreement Is Set For December 31, 2031.
