Specification Of The Subject Of The Order The Technological System In Question Will Include The Necessary Process-Integrated Equipment, I.E. A Crusher, A Reception System Consisting Of Two Feeders For Different Fractions And A Magnetic Separation. 1. Crusher A) Two-Shaft Type Or Equivalent Solution, E.G. Jaw Crusher B) Engine Drive Power Ranging From 180 To 240 Kw. The Ordering Party Allows Only Electric Or Hybrid Drive. C) Possibility To Adjust The Gap Between The Working System, I.E. Shafts Or Jaws. D) Working System Such As Shafts Or Jaws Made Of Alloy Steel. E) Low-Speed Solution With The Possibility Of Speed Regulation - Rotation Speed In The Range Of 300 To 350 Rpm. F) Automatic Reverse. G) Loading Inlet Size At Least 800 X 500 Mm. 2. Main Receiving Conveyor A) Minimum Length 7000 Mm B) Minimum Belt Width 800 Mm C) Minimum Drop Height 2500 Mm 3. Side Conveyor A) Minimum Length 4000 Mm B) Minimum Width 800 Mm C) Minimum Drop Height 2000 Mm 4. Magnetic Separator A) Separator Type - Over-Belt B) Minimum Width 800 Mm C) Minimum Length 1500 Mm Basic Requirements Below Are The Basic Requirements Specified In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And The Bidder, The Inability Of Which To Be Met By The Bidder Results In A Negative Assessment And Rejection Of The Offer: 1. The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Contract Described In Chapter Ii And Must Take Into Account The Specifications Contained In Chapter Iii. 2. Achieving The Assumed Technological Functionalities Of The Material Fragmentation Process Specified In Chapter Ii, Point 3. The Functionalities Indicated Above Must Be Confirmed In A Technological Test. Only A Positive Result Of The Technological Test Will Be The Basis For Accepting The Device As Part Of The Final Acceptance. The Input For The Test Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Technological Test Will Be Carried Out After Assembling The Technological System And Carrying Out Technical Start-Up. 3. Minimum Warranty Period For The Device – 12 Months Or 2,000 Operating Hours (Whichever Comes First). 4. Minimum Requirements For Warranty Service: A) Handling The Request In Polish Or English; B) Taking Service Actions - Immediately After Reporting; 5. Providing Post-Warranty Service. 6. The Maximum Period Of Contract Implementation In Relation To The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 7. With Respect To The Offered Device Model, The Bidder Is Obliged To Indicate At Least 3 Reference Plants Where Such A Device (With Comparable Parameters) Is Installed. The Location Of The Reference Units Plant/Installation Must Refer To A Country Where Environmental And Economic Legal Requirements Apply.
