Pursuant To Art. 4, Paragraph 1, Point 2 Of The Ordinance On Procurement Documentation And Tenders In Public Procurement Procedures (Og 65/17, Og 75/20). In The Relevant Public Procurement Procedure, The Client Determined The Expected (Framework) Quantity Of The Procurement Item. The Actual Purchased Quantity Of The Procurement Item May Be Higher Or Lower Than The Planned Quantity. The Estimated Quantity Of The Procurement Item Is Determined Since, Due To The Nature Of The Procurement Item, The Client Cannot Know In Advance And With Certainty The Exact Quantities For Which The Need Will Arise During The Duration Of The Contract.
