The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Service Of Public Scheduled Transportation Of Passengers In Communal Traffic In The Territorial Area Of ​​The City Of Šibenik In Accordance With The Law On Communal Economy (Official Gazette No. 68/18 And 110/18 And 32/20, 145/24 - Hereinafter: Law On Communal Economy), The Law On Road Transport, Official Gazette No. 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21,114/22,136/24 Decision On Establishing Zones In Communal Passenger Line Transport In The Area Of ​​The City Of Šibenik And Decision On Public Line Passenger Transport In The Area Of ​​The City Of Šibenik. The Client Reserves The Right To Take Over Certain Lines Specified In The Procurement Documentation As Well As In The Technical Specifications - Annex 1 Of The Procurement Documentation, Even Before The Contract Expires. The Quantity Of Procurement Items Can Be Seen From The Attached Cost Sheet. Pursuant To Art. 4, Paragraph 1, Point 2 Of The Ordinance On Procurement Documentation And Tenders In Public Procurement Procedures (Og 65/17, Og 75/20). In The Relevant Public Procurement Procedure, The Client Determined The Expected (Framework) Quantity Of The Procurement Item. The Actual Purchased Quantity Of The Procurement Item May Be Higher Or Lower Than The Planned Quantity. The Estimated Quantity Of The Procurement Item Is Determined Since, Due To The Nature Of The Procurement Item, The Client Cannot Know In Advance And With Certainty The Exact Quantities For Which The Need Will Arise During The Duration Of The Contract.
