The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Removal And Storage Of Vehicles Removed From The Roads Of The City Of Poznań Pursuant To Art. 50A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law. Removing Vehicles From The Roads Includes: A) Access To The Scene Of The Incident, B) Loading, C) Transport Of The Vehicle To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party, D) Unloading The Vehicle At The Place Designated By The Ordering Party. Storing Vehicles Removed From The Road Includes: A) Accepting The Vehicle Into The Parking Lot, B) Parking, C) Releasing The Vehicle From The Parking Lot To An Authorized Person.
