The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Data Transmission Services In The Wide Area Network Of Administrative Courts And Internet Access Services. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will, In Particular, Ensure: 1) Operation Of The Wan Network Consisting Of: A) Mpls Connections To All Locations Listed In Annex 2 To The Swz, With The Primary Center And The Backup Center; B) Dwdm Technology Connections Between The Primary Center And The Backup Center; - In A Way That Guarantees Logical Separation Of The Ordering Partys Data Traffic From The Data Of Other Clients Of The Contractor; 2) Access To The Internet From The Primary Center And The Secondary Center. 3. A Detailed Description, Requirements And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
