Government Services – Awarding Of Concessions For Fire Alarm Systems (Bma) In The Area Of Responsibility Of The Control Center Of The Münster Fire Department. The Granting Of A License For Fire Alarm Systems (Bma) In The Area Of Responsibility Of The Control Center Of The Münster Fire Department. The Concessionaire Receives The Exclusive Right To Set Up, Maintain And Operate A Public Alarm Transmission System (Aü) For Fire Alarms And To Connect Participants To This Aü. The Concession Provider Plans To Grant A Bma Concession To A Concessionaire For The Duration Of The Contract Term. The Licensee Receives The Exclusive Right To Set Up, Maintain And Operate A Public Alarm Transmission System For Fire Reports And To Connect Participants To This Alarm Transmission System (Variant 1, According To The System Overview, Appendix 1). Furthermore, The Licensee Must Give Installers Approved By The Licenser The Opportunity To Connect And Operate Their Technology To Their Alarm Transmission System. (Variants 2 And 3, According To System Overview Appendix 1). This License Applies To The Area Of Responsibility Of The Integrated Control Center. The Period Of Service Provision Begins When The Order Is Placed At The Earliest On January 1, 2026 And Ends After 120 Months. The Contract Cannot Be Extended.
