The Subject Of Procurement Is The Rental Of Official Motor Vehicles For The Needs Of The City Of Rijeka, Namely The Rental Of 19 (Nineteen) Passenger Cars And 1 (One) Delivery Vehicle For A Period Of 3 (Three) Years. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Client Only New And Unused Vehicles. Technical Specifications Detailed Technical Characteristics Of Motor Vehicles Are Contained In The Attachment Of This Documentation - Appendix 1. Statement On Technical Specifications, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation. Delivery Of Motor Vehicles At The Time Of Delivery, All Vehicles Must Have The Registration Number Of The Registration Area Of ​​Rijeka (Ri). Maintenance Of Motor Vehicles The Supplier Is Obliged, At His Own Expense And With The Attention Of A Good Businessman, To Properly Maintain The Vehicles (Current And Investment Maintenance), To Perform All Necessary Repairs And Services And To Constantly Take Care Of The Perfect, Functional And Traffic-Safe Condition Of The Vehicle. The Supplier Is Obliged To Perform All Other Actions And Procedures At His Own Expense, And In Relation To The Vehicles In Question, For Which, In Accordance With The Procurement Documentation, He Has Included Expenses. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Vulcanization Services At The Location Of The Clients Headquarters, At An Authorized Workshop - Repairer, And To Inform The Client About This By Presenting A Written Document On The Content And Method Of Using The Services. The Customer Will Use These Services According To The Occasion And Needs (Replacement Of Summer/Winter Tires, With Mandatory Tire Replacement After 25,000 Km, Replacement Of Tires Due To Wear And Tear, Etc.). In The Event Of A Tire Breakdown/Rupture During The Use Of The Vehicle, The Supplier Must Provide Roadside Assistance, Available 24 Hours A Day. These Costs Are Borne By The Supplier. The Supplier Is Obliged To Keep The Fire Extinguishers In The Vehicles Correct And Functional, Which Is Ensured By Regular Inspections And Periodic Services, In Accordance With The Ordinance On Fire Extinguishers (Official Gazette 101/2011, 74/13). Replacement Motor Vehicle The Supplier Shall Undertake In A Framework Agreement To Provide A Replacement Vehicle Of The Same Or Similar Category In Cases Of Withdrawal Of The Rental Vehicle, For The Purpose Of Registration, Technical Inspections, Regular And Extraordinary Maintenance (Except For Vulcanization Maintenance), The Occurrence Of A Harmful Event, Theft, Breakdown And Other Circumstances Essential For Safe, Continuous And Undisturbed Use Of The Rental Object. For The Previously Mentioned Cases Of Exclusion Of The Vehicle, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle One Day Before The Exclusion, And In Case Of Breakdown, Theft Or The Occurrence Of A Harmful Event, One Day After The Written Notification To The Offeror Of The Occurrence Of Such Circumstances And To Deliver It At Its Own Expense To The Original Location Of The Vehicle. Motor Vehicle Insurance For The Entire Duration Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, The Supplier Will, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Insurer, For All Vehicles That Are The Subject Of Public Procurement, Conclude A Contract On Compulsory Liability Insurance And Contract Full Comprehensive Insurance Without A Deductible (Compulsory Or Voluntary), Which
