Ornamental And Pleasure Gardens Maintenance Services – The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Maintenance, Conservation And Improvement Service Of The Garden Surfaces And Trees Of The University Of León In The City Of León, Including The Replacement Of Species And The Execution Of Sustainability And Water Efficiency Actions.. The Service To Be Contracted Will Guarantee The Maintenance And Conservation In Perfect Condition Of Mowing, Cleaning, Removal Of Grass, Weeds, Maintenance Of Its Irrigation Facilities And Control Automation, Etc., So That They Present An Optimal And Well-Kept Image In Accordance With Each Season Of The Year, Of The Exterior Garden Areas Of The University Of León. It Will Be All Of The Green Areas, Gardens, Trees, Irrigation Systems And Associated Facilities Of The University Of León, In The City Of León, Also Including The New Garden Surfaces That May Be Incorporated During The Term Of The Contract. The Successful Bidder Will Assume The Maintenance Of The New Garden Surfaces, Green Spaces Or Irrigation Elements That The University May Incorporate During The Term Of The Contract, Provided That These Do Not Represent A Substantial Alteration Of The Contractual Object.
