The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of A Licensing Solution Provider (Lsp) - Intermediaries In Obtaining And Delivering To The Entities All Types Of Licenses, License Updates And Subscriptions For Microsoft Manufacturers Software, Indicated In The Manufacturers Price List, Within The Product Categories Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Or Equivalent Software With Support Technical Support And The Provision Of Accompanying Services, I.E. Manufacturers Expert Support Services And Contractors Consultative Support In The Manufacturers Software As Well As Manufacturers Technical Support Services. 2. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Establish The Principles And Conditions Regarding Orders (Implemented On The Basis Of Executive Agreements) That May Be Awarded During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement Indicated In Chapter. Iv Swz. 3. The Framework Agreement Specifies All Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of Deliveries Or The Provision Of Accompanying Services And The Manufacturers Technical Support Service As Well As The Conditions For Selecting Contractors Who Will Deliver Deliveries Or Provide Services To The Units From Among The Contractors Who Are Parties To The Framework Agreement. 2.4. Orders Will Be Implemented Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Units, After The Unit Has Completed The Implementation Procedure - I.E. The Unit Has Submitted The Order Application, The Contractor Has Submitted A Response To The Order Application And The Selection Of The Contractor Who Will Perform The Given Order. 5. The List Of Entities That May Award Contracts Or For Which Orders May Be Awarded Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 6. Pursuant To Art. 134 Section 2 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Five Contractors (Unless Fewer Contractors Submit Non-Rejectable Offers) Who Obtain The Highest Number Of Points In The Evaluation Of Offers, Based On The Criteria Specified In This Tor And Whose Offer Price Does Not Exceed The Amount Intended For Financing The Framework Agreement, Provided That The Ordering Party May Make Increase This Amount. If The Balance Of Points Obtained Is The Same For Several Contractors, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors. 7. The Subject Of The Executive Agreements Is The Delivery Under Volume Licensing Terms (Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (Ea) Or Microsoft Products And Services Agreement (Mpsa) Or Equivalent Solution) Of All Types Of Licenses, License Updates Or Subscriptions For Microsoft Manufacturers Software Or Equivalent Software For Use By Units And The Provision Of Services Accompanying Products And Technical Support From The Manufacturer Of Microsoft Or Equivalent Software In The Scope Of Software From The Manufacturer Of Microsoft Or Equivalent Software. 8. The Subject Of The Order Carried Out Under The Implementing Agreements Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Includes The Following Categories Of Products, Along With Accompanying Services, Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz -
