During The Implementation Of The Project, The Contractor Will Undertake To Deliver All The Requested Equipment, In Types And Quantities, As Stated In Appendix I And With Minimum Technical Specifications Reflected In The Compliance Tables In Appendix Iii, To The School Units In Appendix Viii Of This Declaration. If During The Implementation Of The Contract There Is A Change In The Operating Status (Merger, Suspension Of Operation, Abolition, Etc.) Of Some Of The School Units To Which The Equipment Is Destined, Then The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Designate Other School Units To Be Replaced.
