Execution of floor layouts, partitions, and ceilings (A100A101). Construction of displays, cashier counter, refrigerator area, working tables, and balloon/paper stands. Glass and aluminium works as detailed in A200. Internal finishing per elevations (A201). B. MEP Works Power distribution & lighting system installation (A102). Low current systems (TV, telephone, data, intercom, security cameras) (A103). Drainage & water supply installation (A104A105). HVAC installation including ducts and air conditioning units (A107). C. Finishes Floor tiling works per tiling plan (A106). Ceiling finishes with gypsum, track lighting, and decorative elements. Wall finishes and detailing as per shop theme. D. Installation camera a. 2 indoor cameras, 6 megapixels b. 2 outdoor cameras, 6 megapixels c. NVR 4 channel Poe d. Hard disk 1T 4- Deliverables Completed flower shop per drawings and BOQ specifications. As-built drawings reflecting final implementation. Testing and commissioning of all MEP systems. 5- Compliance & Standard Drawings must be read in combination with architectural and MEP documents. Contractor must verify all dimensions on site prior to execution. Any discrepancies must be reported to the architect before proceeding. All dimensions in millimeters, levels in meters.
