Prequalifications are invited for Construction of a Modern Car Parking System Using its Internal Revenue as Approved by its Board. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased for a nun-refundable amount of US$100 from the Procurement Department beginning Monday, October 13, 2025 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday through Friday. All bids should be appropriately sealed and clearly labeled: IFB NO. RIA/SP2/ICB/001/2025 Tender for Design and Build of the Roberts International Airport Car Parking System. All bids should be submitted in hard copies to the stated address at Roberts International Airport at bidders own expense. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as outlined in the Bid Data Sheet and shall be submitted The closing date and time for the submission of bids is Monday, November 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the conference room at the Roberts International Airport located in lower Margibi County. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
