Prices shall be submitted according to the table attached to the tender documents in US dollars and shall not include value-added tax. The Center is not obligated to select the lowest-priced bid, and has the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons. The successful bidder must submit official zero-rated tax invoices. The applicant is required to submit a valid source discount certificate. The Center has the right to divide the tender. Newspaper advertising fees are borne by the successful bidder. Providing a bid bond of NIS 5,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or certified check.
