Request for proposals for Consultancy: Prepare and Disseminate Information, Education and Communication Materials on Tb and Dr-Tb Case Finding in Both National & Regional Media Submit Project Proposal with a Particular Focus on the Different Intervention Areas. Bid closing date: Oct 30, 2025 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Oct 30, 2025 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa RFP/Call for proposal for the interventions of Global Fund Tuberculosis (TB) and Malaria Programs The Ministry of Health, invites sealed Proposals from eligible and qualified local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) / Sub-recipients (SRs) to submit project proposal with a particular focus on the following intervention area: (A) Addressing human rights and gender related barriers to TB services through Radio spot, through national & regional Media (B)Prepare and disseminate information, education and Communication materials on TB and DR-TB case finding in both National & regional media. (C)Adopt, print and distribute school-based and community booklets with key malaria actions for HEWS by regions. (D) Conduct consultative meeting to develop, print, and distribute the SBC training manual for education sector officials, schoolteachers, and anti-malaria club representatives. (E) Conduct cascading training on school-based SBC malaria training manual for schoolteachers and school antimalarial club representatives at woreda/zonal level malaria focal and education sector officials at regional level. Required Works: Applicant must be CSO/SR that has been in existence & with proven experience and management capabilities in implementing TB & malaria programs. Interested CSOs/SRs should fulfil the following requirements: 1. Applicant must be legally registered according to Organization of Civil Societies Proclamation of Ethiopia; CSOs/SRS applying must demonstrate a track record of experience and management capabilities in implementing TB and malaria programs, which are required to submit separate proposals for each of the programs. They are also required to submit VAT registration certificate & Valid Tax clearance letter from Tax Authority. 2. Interested eligible CSO/SRS may obtain further information from Ministry of Health, community involvement and First Aide Health lead core executive office from 8:30 A.M - 12:30 A.M and 1:30 P.M-5:30 P.M from Monday to Friday. 3. A complete set of Schedule of Requirement & Terms of Reference (TOR) in English language may be collected by interested Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from the address below up on submission of legal license, VAT registration certificate and Valid Tax clearance letter from Tax Authority. 4. A complete set of call for proposal Documents in English language with Eligibility Criteria\ Selection Methodology Submission Process and Proposal submission Template is indicted in Schedule of Requirement & Terms of Reference (TOR) 5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM on Oct 30, 2025. Electronic submissions will not be permitted. Late proposal submissions will be rejected. 6. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the CSOs/SRS representatives, who choose to attend in person at community involvement and First Aide Health lead core executive, Addis Ababa, at 2:30 P.M on Oct 30, 2025.
