The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes Construction Activities For The Major Repair Of A Road From The End Of The Regulation Of The Town Of Parvomai To The Turnoff For The Ljubenovo District, Parvomai Municipality, Region Plovdiv, In Accordance With The Prepared Investment Project In The Sense Of The Zut And The Technical Specification, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Approved Documentation Of The Order. The Planned Construction Includes Repair Work On Excavation And Laying Of A New Road Structure, Laying Of New Asphalt Layers, Repair Of Adjacent Banks And Ditches, Drainage, Etc. The Permanent Organization And Safety Of Traffic Provided For In The Investment Project Must Also Be Implemented. In The Subject Scope Of The Assignment, The Foreseen Types Of Smr Should Be Carried Out On The Parts Of The Approved Investment Project. The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Also Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: A. Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, As Well As All Other Valid Regulatory Documents Related To The Performed Repair Works And The Public Procurement Contract; B. Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires C. Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; Complete Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In Part Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Overall Documentation For The Procurement.
