On Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 573, As Amended); C) Has A Current Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities Of The Osiek Commune In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners, In Accordance With The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended); D) Has A Decision On The Processing, Recovery And Disposal Of Municipal Waste Or An Appropriate Contract With The Manager Of The Municipal Installation For Waste Collection. 2) Technical And Professional Capacity. The Contractor Will Meet The Condition If It Proves That: A) In The Last 3 Years (And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter, Then In This Period) Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, It Has Performed Or Is Performing: - Service/Services Consisting In The Collection Or Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected In A Selective Manner, With A Total Weight Of At Least 60 Mg (Tons), Continuously For A Period Of 12 Months From Property Owners In Communes With A Population Exceeding 3,000. B) Has The Following Tools, Plant Equipment Or Technical Devices Available To The Contractor For The Purpose Of Performing A Public Contract, I.E.: - At Least Two Vehicles Adapted To Collect Mixed Municipal Waste (Garbage Trucks); - At Least Two Vehicles Adapted To Collect Separately Collected Municipal Waste; - At Least One Vehicle For Collecting Waste Without A Compacting Function. In Terms Of Technical Requirements For Vehicle Equipment, The Contractor Shall Ensure That: - The Structure Of The Vehicles Protects Against Blowing And Spraying The Transported Waste And Minimizes The Impact Of Atmospheric Factors On The Waste; - The Vehicles Were Equipped With A Monitoring System Based On A Satellite Positioning System, Enabling Permanent Recording, Storage And Reading Of Data On The Vehicles Position And Parking Places, And - The Vehicles Were Equipped With Sensors Recording Data On Waste Unloading Places Enabling Verification Of This Data; - The Vehicles Were Equipped With Tools Or Devices Enabling The Connection
