The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Electricity Supplies To The Take-Off Points Of The Public Contracting Authority And To The Take-Off Points Of The Departmental Organizations Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Of The Slovak Republic, Including Transport, Distribution And Other Regulated Services, As Well As Including The Assumption Of Responsibility For Deviations, In A Quality That Corresponds To The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution Network Operator, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations Of The Slovak Republic, Technical Conditions And Operating By Order Of The Distribution Network Operator, With A Guarantee Of Supplies In The Estimated Agreed Quantity Of 66,840.54 Mwh For The Duration Of The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement.
