Cultural Event Organization Services – Selection Of A Contractor For Technical Lighting At Pleven Philharmonic Concerts. The Present Procedure Is Organized And Carried Out By The Contracting Authority With A View To Providing Technical Lighting For Upcoming Concerts Of The Pleven Philharmonic, Choir And Soloists In Various Settlements On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Held Outdoors And Indoors, Namely: 1.1. Implementation Of The Service Through A Lighting System For Concerts Of The Pleven Philharmonic Up To 1000 Spectators (Theaters, Community Centers, Chamber Halls, Etc.). 1.2. Implementation Of The Service Through A Lighting System For Concerts Of The Pleven Philharmonic Over 1,000 Spectators (Theaters, Community Centers, Chamber Halls, Etc.). 1.3. Implementation Of The Service Through A Lighting System For Concerts Of The Pleven Philharmonic Up To 1,000 Spectators (Theaters, Community Centers, Chamber Halls, Etc.) Using Multimedia With An Led Screen. 1.4. Implementation Of The Service Through A Lighting System For Concerts Of The Pleven Philharmonic Over 1,000 Audience Places (Theaters, Community Centers, Chamber Halls, Etc.) Using Multimedia With An Led Screen. The Client Undertakes To Notify The Contractor In Writing At Least 5 /Days/ Before The Performance Of Each Concert Regarding The Date, Place And Time Of The Event. On The Day Of The Event, At Least 4 /Four/ Hours Before The Start Time Of The Concert, All Equipment Should Be Installed, Positioned And Ready For The Quality Performance Of The Service. The Actual Duration Of Each Concert Is Up To 2 /Two/ Hours. Venue Of The Concerts: In Various Settlements On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. All Transport Costs Are At The Expense Of The Employer. All Activities Related To The Installation, Start-Up And Setup Of The Equipment At Each Concert Must Be Carried Out By A Qualified Technical Team Committed To The Performance Of The Service For The Entire Period Of The Contract.
