Credit Granting Services – Oxidative Gas Scrubbing (Via Dbf And Lease Or Rental Contract) And Supply Of Liquid Oxygen. In Order To Comply With Stricter Nitrogen (Nox) Standards In Flanders, Ivago Is Looking For A Supplier For The Supply (Via A Dbf Construction And A Lease Or Rental Contract) Of An Oxidative Scrubbing Step, Which Can Be Linked To The Current Flue Gas Scrubbing (Rgw) Of The Waste-To-Energy Plant (Aec), Located At 9000 Ghent, Pilot Garden Street 43. The Duration Of The Lease Or Rental Is Until The End Of The Ivago Aec Environmental Permit, Which Expires In July 2030. This Installation Must Be Operational No Later Than The Week Of June 15, 2026 And Aims To Reduce The Nox Emissions Of The Rgw Of The Aec From The Current Values To An Annual Average Of 50 Mg/Nm3. The “Performance Test” Of The Installation Must Be Prepared During The Last Week Of The “Shutdown”, So That It Is Fully Operational By July 7 At The Latest. For This Purpose, An Additional Ozone Injection Installation Must Be Installed Per Line (Ivagos Aec Has 2 Identical Lines Of 5.5 To 6.5 Tons/H Each). Ivago Wishes To Build This Installation With 3 Modules, Based On A Successful Test That Was Carried Out In Early 2025: • The Vacuum Insulated Liquid Oxygen Storage Tank, With A Capacity Of At Least 51.2 M3 And A Working Pressure Of 12 Barg, With At Least 2 And Possibly 4 Associated Atmospheric Evaporators And All Necessary Pressure Regulators Mounted On A “Skid”. This Assembly Can Be Placed On A New Foundation To Be Designed (This Foundation Is Out Of Scope). • The Ozone Generator(S), Consisting Of Water-Cooled Reactor(S) With An Operating Pressure Between 3 And 6 Barg, In Which Ozone Is Generated By Electrical Discharge At Approximately 0.5 To 1 Barg, Constructed As Module(S), Placed In A Transportable Sea Container(S), The Total Capacity Must Be Able To Be Regulated Up To Approximately 20 Kg/H Of Ozone Over The 2 Lines. The Container(S) Can Be Placed On The Existing Paving Next To The Wet Washing Column. • The Required Cooling Water Installation, Consisting Of A Cooling Water Buffer, Circulation Pumps And The Cooling Machine For Controlling The Temperature Of The 2 Ozone Generator(S) Throughout The Year, Including Summer Temperatures Of Up To 35°C. This Unit Will Be Placed Next To The Generator. • The Design Of All Necessary Pipework (The Pipework Itself Is Out Of Scope) For Both The Oxygen From The Tank To The Generator(S), And The Ozone From The Generator Up To And Including The 2 Injection Points In The 2 Flue Gas Channels (To Be Connected To The Existing Flanges). • The Connection Of Other Utilities And Safety (Electricity, Control, Etc.). The Supply Of The Necessary Control (Plc) With Local Operating Screen For Setting The Various Operating Points And All Necessary Safety Facilities. Minimum Measurements To Be Expected On This Installation: Lox Flow, O3 Concentration, Outgoing O3 Mass Flow Per Line, O3 Detection In Container Incl. Emergency Stop Control. Linking The Start, Stop, Analog Measurements ... And The “Software Mat
