Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Maintenance, Maintenance And Repair Of The Tram Infrastructure Of The City Of Krakow In The Years 2025 - 2028. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Agreement Concluded On August 5, 2025 Between: The Municipality Of Krakow - The Road Authority Of The City Of Krakow, Ul. Centralna 53, 31-586 Kraków And Trasą Łagiewnicka S.A., Ul. Zbrojarzy 78, 30-412 Kraków. Pursuant To Art. 38 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), The Parties Appoint The Road Administration Of The City Of Krakow As The Ordering Party Authorized To Conduct The Procedure And Award The Contract On Behalf Of The Parties And On Their Behalf. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order With The Following Attachments: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, • Technical Documents Constituting Annex No. 17 To The Swz. C) Required Warranty Period: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Works Covered By The Task And The Built-In Materials (In Accordance With §10 Section 1 Of The Ppu): Min. 36 – Max. 48 Months Warranty (Offers With A Warranty Period Shorter Than 36 Months Will Be Rejected) Except For The Warranty Specified In §11 Section 6 Technical Specifications. New Or Replaced Elements, Components And Parts Of Lifting Equipment And Escalators. D) Deadline For Execution Of The Order: 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
