The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of Works Consisting Of Construction Modifications Of The Existing Building For The Preparation Of Meals And Catering To The Extent And Specification Given By The Project Documentation At The Construction Stage (Hereafter Referred To As Dps) Processed By The Company Aragon Ell, S.R.O., Ičo 28820525, With Its Registered Office At Heřmanice 126, 509 01 Nová Paka, At The Address Hradecká 1219, 500 03 Hradec Králové For Reasons Of Energy Saving, In Order To Achieve A Minimum Saving Of 30% Of Energy Consumption From Non-Renewable Sources Compared To The Original State At The Addressed Technological Node. After The Completion Of The Works, An Approval Procedure Will Take Place, Which Is Provided By The Construction Contractor. All The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Developed Project Documentation And Other Conditions To The Extent According To The Terms And Conditions Of The Public Contract And The Contract For The Work. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Means Of Mandatory Publicity. The Supplier Acknowledges That The Supply Of Gastrotechnology, Including Related Services, Which Is The Subject Of Another Public Contract, Is Not Part Of The Public Contract For Construction Works.
