The Object Of The Contract Is The Assignment Of Activities To Be Carried Out Both In The Form Of Concession And In The Form Of Support, In Particular: ⎯ S1: Assignment Under Concession Of Activities To Combat Evasion And Avoidance Of Municipal Revenue, Also Through Executive Assessment; ⎯ S2: Assignment In Concession Of The Compulsory Collection Of All Revenues Until The Conclusion Of The Activities Relating To The Loads Entrusted For Collection Within The Contractual Terms; ⎯ S3: Assignment Of Concession For The Management, Assessment And Collection Of The Single Property Fee And Public Billboards, Starting From The Deadline Of 01/01/2028 Following The Contractual Expiry Of The Current Existing Assignment; ⎯ S4: Contracting Out Of Support Activities For The Management Of The Contravention Cycle, Starting From The Deadline Of 01/01/2028 Following The Contractual Expiration Of The Current Contract In Place. ⎯ S5: Contracting Out Of Support Activities To The Tax Office, Activated Exclusively At The Request Of The Office And According To The Latters Needs And Unquestionable Assessments.
