The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Some Owners Of Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated In The Jeżowe Commune And Pszok Located In Jeżowe. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of All Municipal Waste In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of The Required Levels Of Recycling And Preparation For Reuse, Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And Not Exceeding The Landfill Levels In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Will Be Transferred In Accordance With The Proximity Principle, I.E. To The Closest Places Where It Can Be Processed, Art. 20 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, 2) Providing Owners Of Properties Covered By The Municipal Municipal Waste Collection System With Bags For Waste Collected In A Selective Manner, 3) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Run By The Jeżowe Commune And Providing Containers Free Of Charge As Needed Used To Collect Selected Waste Fractions, 4) Conducting Ecological Education In Schools Located In The Jeżowe Commune. 3. Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected Under This Order: 1) From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties: 2,830 Mg, 2) From The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Run By The Jeżowe Commune: 515 Mg. 4. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service Is 60% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 3 Section 1 Draft Contract. 5. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz And The Draft Contract Constituting (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
