Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Roads And Other Equipment – Delegation Of Public Affermage Service For The Operation Of Electric Vehicle Charging (Irve) In The Territory Of Competence Of The Syndicat D’Energie De La Corse Du Sud (Sde2a). The Purpose Of This Procedure Consists Of The Creation Of A Public Service Delegation Of The Leasing Type For The Operation Of Charging Stations For Electric Vehicles (Irve) In The Territory Of The Sde2a. The Selection Of Applications And Offers Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Criteria Set Out In The Consultation Regulations. The Dealer Will Be Chosen Following An Advertising And Competitive Bidding Procedure Under The Conditions Defined By Article L. 3121-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Order Code (Ccp) And By Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. And R. 1411-1 Of The General Code Of Territorial Authorities (Cgct). This Procedure Is An Open Procedure, With Simultaneous Submission Of Applications And Offers Under The Conditions Provided For In This Rc No Later Than The Date Indicated On The Cover Page Of These Regulations. The Main Missions Entrusted To The Concessionaire Are, Under The Control Of The Grantor (Sde2a), The Following - The Operation Of The Entire Irve Network Including: O The New Charging Stations Which Will Be Deployed By The Works Contract Provider O The Subscription And Management Of Subscriptions To Be Taken Out With Electrical Energy And Internet Access Suppliers In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Irves O Maintenance Irve Terminals O The Provision Of The Charging Service To Users, O The Establishment Of A Hotline Service, O The Implementation Of A Supervision System, O The Commercial Operation Of Irves And Billing To Users. - Responsibility For Relations With Third Parties And/Or Any Partners. The Renewal Of Equipment And The Operation Of The Irve Service Are Ensured By The Dealer At Its Own Risk, In Accordance With The Rules Of The Art, In Order To Ensure The Conservation Of Heritage, The Rights Of Third Parties, The Protection Of The Environment As Well As The Quality Of The Irve Service. Firm Tranche: Resumption Of Leasing Of The Charging Points Which Will Be Deployed By The Works Market In The First Year Of Deployment (Beginning Of 2026) I.E. A Forecast Of 300 Charging Points Distributed According To The Following Terminal Powers: - 110 Normal Charging Terminals (22 Kw Ac) Or 220 Pdc - 40 Fast Charging Terminals (24 Kw Dc) Or 80 Pdc Optional Tranche: Resumption Of Leasing Of Deployments Of Terminals Planned Outside The Firm Tranche: The Provisional Deployment Schedule For The Works Contract Provides For The Deployment Of 200 Additional Terminals (By 2030), I.E. 400 Additional Charging Points. The Leasing Agreement Will Come Into Force From The Date Of Notification Of The Agreement To The Concessionaire By The Licensor. The Leasing Agreement Will Expire Within 10 Years From Its Effective Date. The Agreement Will Not Be Subject To Any Tacit Or Non-Tacit Renewal. The Validity Period For Offers Is Set At Two Hundred And Forty Days (240 Days) From The Deadline For Receipt Of Offers. L
