Catering: Providing Comprehensive Catering Services, Including A Full Menu For All Gala Participants, Including Artists. Proposing A Menu And Organizing Catering For Gala Participants. 4. Graphics And Sound: Design And Implementation Of A Coherent Visual And Sound Setting That Will Emphasize The Character Of The Competition Awards Gala. 5. Event Branding: Creating The Visual Identification Of The Gala (Logo, Main Theme, Printed Materials, Gadgets, Etc.). 6. Promotional Materials: Preparation Of Advertising Materials Such As Invitations, Banners, Winders, Gobos, Social Media Materials And Other Tools To Promote The Event. 7.
