The Purpose Of These Administrative And Technical Bases Is To Regulate The Call For Public Proposals For The Contracting Called “Enablement Of Public Lighting Sector General Cemetery Of Sierra Gorda, Town Of Sierra Gorda, Commune Of Sierra Gorda”, Which Are Identified In The General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Other Background That Complement The Project. The Subject Matter Of This Tender Requires Satisfying The Need To Execute The Appropriate And Necessary Works That Allow The Lighting To Be Enabled Along The Cemetery Sector. Therefore, Existing Electrical Systems That Are Partially Operational Will Be Enabled To Meet This Objective. Currently, In The Town Of Sierra Gorda The Cemetery Sector Is Identified, Which Is Made Up Of Several Facilities That Make The Routes Adjacent To These Places Mandatory Use By The Resident, Which Is Why The Need Arises To Improve The Traffic Of These Routes In Times Of Absence Of Natural Light And In Complement To The Scarce Lighting Provided By Road Lights. This Design Considers Galvanized Steel Poles With A Height Of 9 M, Single Or Double Arm, Supporting 75W Vehicular-Pedestrian Led Type Luminaires For The First Case, And The Set Of 30W And 40W For The Second Case. This Position Will Have A Separation Of Approximately 20 Meters. The Conduits For Electrical Connections Will Be Buried And Will Consider All The Necessary Measures To Compensate For Voltage Drops.
