The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase - Refueling Directly Into The Fuel Tanks Of Cars And Equipment (Canisters) Of Fuels That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Cn 2710 12 45; Cn 2410 19 43, 2710 20 11; Cn 2711 19 00). The Order Covers The Implementation Of Internally Separated Tasks No. 1 - 15 (In Accordance With The List Of Tasks Included In The Opz). Refueling Will Be Based On Fleet Cards Or Equivalent Cards Assigned To Individual Vehicles At The Contractors Stations. The Total Estimated Maximum Quantity Of Fuel Covered By The Order: Pb 95 - 123,600.00 L, Diesel - 115,800.00 L, Lpg - 78,200.00 L. Fuel Will Be Purchased Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Amount Of Fuel Given In The Opz (List Of Tasks) Was Calculated Based On The Projected Demand Of The Ordering Party During The Period Of Contract Implementation, And The Amounts Given Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Contract To The Extent Of At Least 80% Of The Gross Contract Value And Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Order By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Contract Value During The Execution Of The Contract (Failure To Complete The Order In This Respect) - Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Reducing The Scope Of The Order Will Not Constitute Grounds For Any Claims By The Contractor For This Reason. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Estimated Amount Of Fuel For Each Task, The Number Of Cars And Equipment, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 Of The Swz.
