1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, Implementation And Conduct Of A Pest Control Program For Food Infrastructure Facilities And Carrying Out Disinfestation And Rodent Control Treatments In Other Facilities On The Premises Of Units, Institutions And Military Facilities Administered By The 16Th Military Economic Division In Drawsko Pomorskie, Due To The Location Of: 1) Gz Drawsko Pomorskie, 2) Gz Wałcz, 3) Gz Wałcz/Rejon Nadarzyce,4) Gz Złocieniec.2. As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Preparations That Are Approved For Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With Art. 4 Of The Act Of 13 September 2002 On Biocidal Products.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Management Of Waste Generated By It In Connection With The Performance Of The Contract.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quantity And Quality Of Equipment And Means Intended For Monitoring And Combating Pests. The Contractor Is Responsible For Errors In Program Procedures Resulting In The Presence Of Pests In The Protected Facilities, Resulting From Improper Methods Of Monitoring And Fighting Pests. 5. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Pest Control Treatments Performed In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Annex No. 1 - Draft Contract; 2) Annex No. 2 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order7 The Service Will Be Performed Only Once A Month For Food Infrastructure Facilities And Twice A Year For Other Military Buildings Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Therefore The Ordering Party States That The Contractors Employees Do Not Have To Be Employed Under An Employment Contract.
