The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements And Permits - Including Submitting A Notification Or Obtaining A Building Permit At The County Office In Cieszyn, Execution (In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program - Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu, To The Extent Marked On The Map Attached To The Ffu) Together With Authors Supervision And Implementation Of The Procedure For Admission To Use As Part Of The Green Path Along The Piotrówki. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Application, A Container Building With External Dimensions Of 6X6 M, Insulated, Made Of Sandwich Panels On A Monolithic Foundation In The Design And Build Formula Will Be Constructed On Plot 1902 In Kończyce Małe. The Task Includes: - Development Of Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Task Along With A Concept (2 Pcs. To Choose From); - Surveying And Inventory Of The Area After Completed Works; - Carrying Out Foundation Works Related To The Foundation Of The Building; - Construction Of A Complete Container Building With Equipment In Accordance With The Attached Sketches, Along With Installations Inside The Building (Electricity, Sewage, Water Supply, Air Conditioning, Lightning Protection If Necessary, And Grounding); - Tidying Up The Area Around The Facility. Note: Building Materials And Elements Prefabricated Structures Should Have The Required Technical Approvals (Itb Certificate) And Meet The Standards. Steel Elements Should Be Galvanized And Powder-Coated. The Tender Procedure Includes The Development Of Documentation For The Scope Of Work (Design And Build) Along With Permits And Acceptance, Construction Of A Foundation For The Pavilion, Including Substructure And Earthworks, As Well As Delivery And Assembly Of The Exhibition Pavilion. The External Dimensions Of The Pavilion Are 6X6m, The Pavilion Must Have A Sanitary Facility, A Toilet Adapted For People With Disabilities. The Walls And Roof Should Be Made Of Sandwich Panels With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of Max. 0.40 W/M2k, Layered Floor With A Polyurethane Core + Osb Board - Finishing With An Industrial Carpet, Heat Transfer Coefficient Of The Core Board Max. 0.3 W/M2k. Aluminum Windows And Doors (Coefficient In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Conditions), Wall Finishing With Panels, Electrical Installation With Accessories (Fuse Board, Lamps, Switches, Sockets, Etc.), Ventilation, Air Conditioning (Indoor And Outdoor Units, Including Controls, Prepared For Heating In Winter) - Including Measurements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Applying The Guidelines Of The Co-Financing Program. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Is Included In The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate Pln 184,500.00 Gross For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
