The Subject Of The Order Is: Extension Of The District Road No. 0401T Stąporków - Smyków - Radoszyce - Słupia - Włoszczowa (On The Radoszyce - Jakimowice Section). The Task Is Implemented Under The Government Program Of The Road Development Fund2.2. The Works Will Be Carried Out Without Interrupting Local Traffic - With Half Of The Road Closed To Traffic Or With The Complete Closure Of The Road Section, Taking Into Account The Conditions For Carrying Out Works In The Road Area Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2.4 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 641).2.5 Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract To Which The Requirement To Employ Under An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order, The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons, And The Rights Of The Ordering Party To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions Resulting From Due To Failure To Meet These Requirements, Have Been Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2.6 The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1, 1A And 1B To The Swz. If The Design Documentation Indicates, In Relation To Certain Materials, Devices Or Technologies, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Or Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Other Reference Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Equivalent Materials, Devices Or Technologies Or Offering Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Described In The Design Documentation, Where The Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party (Solutions Equivalent).Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order, By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials, Devices Or Technologies Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers. Using Exemplary Manufacturer/Product Names (If Applicable) Serves Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution.
