The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Additional Equipment In The Design And Build Mode Of The Playground In The Local Government Nursery In Wielgolesa As Part Of The Active Playgrounds 2025 Program, Including: 1) Design Work And Obtaining A Document Authorizing The Commencement Of Works According To Construction Law, Acceptance, Notification / Obtaining The Final Building Permit. The Ordering Party Has The Technical Documentation (Attached), Which Was The Basis For The Notification Of The Construction Of A Playground And A Recreational Gazebo Dated 05/08/2021 In Relation To Which The Architectural And Construction Administration Body Did Not Raise Any Objections. Due To The Intention To Construct New Small Architecture Objects, E.G. Sun Sails, Reconstruction Of The Playground Surface, There Is A Need To Develop New Technical Documentation And To Obtain Again A Document Authorizing The Execution Of These Elements. 2) Delivery And Assembly Of The Play Set Marked In The Technical Documentation No. 16, Described On Page 30-31 Of The Technical Documentation3) Construction Of A Certified Safe Polyurethane Rubber Surface Poured On Site In The Safety Zones Of 11 Playground Equipment With An Area Of Approx. 230.10 M24) Construction Of An Earth Hill On The Playground, The Hill Protected Against Landslides, Compacted In Layers And Sown With Grass, Height Of The Hill Approx. 1.5 M, Dimensions Of The Hill In Line With The Area Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program 5) Construction Of A Grass Surface For The Playground Outside The Safety Zones Of The Devices, Area Of Lawns To Be Laid 1068 M2 - 230 M2 = Approx. 838 M2. Grass Surfaces Should Be Made On The Entire Sandy Surface Of The Playground, Except For The Safety Zones Of The Devices, Where A Safe Polyurethane-Rubber Surface Will Be Made.6) Delivery And Installation Of Sails Emphasizing The Sandbox Marked In The Technical Documentation No. 9.7) Planting 10 Medium-Sized Silver Birch Trees. Together, These Documents Describe The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Elements Specified In At Least One Of The Mentioned Documents.
