Niedźwiadka Okulickiego 12B, In Particular: A) Insulation Of External Walls B) Thermal Modernization Of The Roof Covering C) Replacement Of Window Frames And Window Sills D) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures E) Internal Damp-Proof Injection And External Vertical Insulation F) Replacement Of Downpipes And Gutters G) Replacement Of Installations Lightning Protection A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting An Annex To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Guarantee And Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Design Work And Other Documents Developed As Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, For The Construction Works Performed And For The Construction Materials, Installations, Devices And Equipment Elements Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code, All Persons Performing Construction Works Such As Disassembly, General Construction, Assembly, Installation Works And Other General Construction Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject. Orders For Which Authorizations Are Not Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, Collaborators Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Security System, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Mutatis Mutandis To Subcontractors. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of These Persons, The Employers Rights To Control Compliance With And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform A Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.
